To avoid unnecessary CO2 emissions during transport, we limit the distance our orders travel by sending them directly from the manufacturing site to you.

By not using additional processing centres, it may take a little longer for your order to reach you, but each mile of air travel saved saves the atmosphere around 24kg of CO2.


Processing & shipping time
We understand the importance of prompt and efficient delivery service for our valuable customers. Orders received by 12:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday will usually be shipped on the same day. The orders that we receive after 1:00 p.m. EST on Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.

To optimize and streamline the delivery process, please note that items in your order may ship at different times, depending on availability. We typically deliver orders within 2-7 business days from the shipment date. Please note, however, that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen events or severe weather conditions.

To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we may need to verify orders with our customers, which may cause delays. Moreover, transit time may vary depending on your proximity to our distribution center and inventory availability.
